Backgroundinformation
We start the second stage in Ispra and march to Sesto Calende at the southern tip of Lago Maggiore. There we take the path through the Ticino Park and arrive at Tornavento at the end of the day. Stage distance: 37 km (40% gravel paths, field trails and lakeshore ways; 60% pavement).
