	General Terms and Conditions 1) Becoming a patron 1.1) Purpose Through your sponsorship of the 500 Years Swiss Papal Guards Society, you support the memorial march financially. The entire amount of your contribution will be used for the organization and conduct the march. 1.2) Possibilities You have the possibility to select from among three patronage models and make a corresponding contribution: Silver Patrons with CHF 100.00 or EUR 75.00, Gold Patrons with CHF 500.00 or EUR 350.00, and Day Sponsors with CHF 2000.00 or EUR 1350.00. 1.3) Patronage contributions made Contributions made cannot be refunded. You will be made of aware of the finality of your decision before you make the final confirmation. However, we reserve the right to refuse to accept patronage contributions from undesirable sources. In such cases, the contribution will not be charged to your account. 2) Return compensation from scorta-helvetica.ch As thanks for their support, patrons (according to the patronage model selected) have the possibility to present a portrait with advertising or have their names entered into the patrons list. 3) Security Payments to scorta-helvetica.ch are handled through Telekurs Card Solutions software and Saferpay.com. Payments by credit card via the Internet site scorta-helvetica.ch thus meet the highest security standards. For specific information, please consult www.saferpay.com/policy.asp. 4) Who is behind scorta-helvetica.ch The organization committee of the memorial march marking the 500th anniversary of the Swiss Papal Guards is behind this project. General questions about the anniversary should be directed to Beat Bächler, secretary of the 500 Years Swiss Papal Guards Society, Arsenalstrasse 40, 6010 Kriens, Switzerland, tel.: +41 (0)41 317 37 11, beat@lti.ch 5) Are contributions tax deductible? For administrative reasons, we are not able to issue a tax certificate for your contribution. This means that you cannot deduct your contribution from your taxes. But you may do so if your tax office will accept a copy from the Internet when included with your tax return. 6) Anonymity You have to possibility to make anonymous contributions on scorta-helvetica.ch. The contributor must provide information but this will not be published on the website. Patron portraits and information about day sponsors cannot be edited after publication. 7) Jurisdiction The courts of Kriens, Switzerland, have jurisdiction. This agreement is subject to Swiss law.
